Across the board, this has rave reviews from all of us. A high tone sweet pink grapefruit is on the nose, with great acidity to match. This block of Sauvignon Blanc had an extra month of hang time on the vine, and we harvested it at 24 brix (typically we harvest this at about 21). We aged this in neutral oak which brought in the lovely creaminess to this wine. With all that, this wine is still very lean and crisp and SO food-friendly. Jeffrey suggests Petrale Sole with Brussels Sprouts and Dijon bacon capers.
